Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you provide official NAATI certification on documents?

A: Yes, translated documents requiring NAATI certification will be stamped and certified with my official NAATI stamp, along with a copy of the original document indicating the source of the translation.

Q: Are translated documents provided in soft (electronic) or hard copy?

A: I will send you a soft (electronic) copy of the completed translation by email in PDF format. I can also send hard copies by regular or express post on request for an additional fee. Note that with the new NAATI digital certification stamps, hard and soft copies will be exactly the same, so you also have the option of printing the translation yourself if you need a hard copy.

Q: How do I provide original documents to you for translation?

A: You can scan the documents and email them to me. If they require NAATI certification, I will add my NAATI certification stamp and signature to a copy of the original document to indicate that it was used as the source for translation.

Q: What payment options are available?

A: I usually accept payment by bank transfer but if you require other payment options please get in contact to discuss with me.

Q: How quickly can you provide completed translations?

A: This depends on the number and type of documents you have for translation. Standard identity documents can usually be completed within a couple of days of receiving the originals and payment, but please get in touch to confirm. It may be possible to provide an express services in some cases.
